Here are several natural short term remedies to stop the pain of gout:
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is an old solution from the United States. It has been recommended as a cure for sore throat, the common cold, headaches, and, of course, gout.
Consume 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar with at least 3 times as much water. (If you can't get apple cider vinegar you should try a different natural vinegar.) Traditionally honey is added to the mixture to make it sweeter and make it more drinkable. However, I recommend that everyone suffering from gout avoid honey or other sweeteners. I will write more about this when talking about the diet to fix it.
Limes, Lemons and Limons
The limes, lemons and lemons are effective in curing gout. Drink the juice just as in the discussion of apple cider vinegar before.
Baking Soda

Vitamin D
Vitamin D is the rediscovered vitamin that is good for many of our ills. So go outside in the sunlight and push those muscles! The direct sunshine on your sweaty skin will make natural vitamin D. Avoid the strong mid-day sunshine hours. When there isn't enough sunlight then try vitamin D pills.
Exercise
Exercise is good for you, even when you are free from gout. But you knew that. See the explanation of Vitamin D in the previous paragraph.
Spices
Natural spices are not only tasty, but also are very good for the disease of gout too. Turmeric, chili (cayenne pepper) and nutmeg are spices that are beneficial as gout remedies.
